We also believe in an open and honest business relationship.
As such our commitment to you is:
- We will do what we believe to be in our customer’s best interest.
- We work totally independently of any supplier to the industry, but when called upon we can work with our customer’s chosen supplier base in pursuit of our common goals.
- If we feel we are truly unable to add any improvements to your business we will tell you.
There should be a seamless interaction between GJM Print Consultancy and their customers and as such we should be instrumental in driving through various strategic initiatives such as:
- Waste reduction programs.
- Productivity and efficiency targets.
- Research and development of new products, equipment and materials.
At GJM we also see the relationship with our customers as long term so even after our agreed contract has finished we will be on hand to offer continued support whenever required and we will endeavour to remain in contact should the client need us to be.
